The full south facing balcony invites you to take advantage of the surrounding mountains and the Sun.
For skiing, you have the intermediate station of the cable car (Vaujany-Mont Frais, Alpe d’Huez Ski area) and the end of the skirun (La Vaujaniat) nearby (300 m walking), to the stores, you will find everything at Vaujany, 2 minute driving or 7 minutes on foot.
